My Two Cents

On Rowe Vs Wade and The Quality Of Life.

For those in the know, about halfway through the written Legal Document on the formal ruling of this case. One of the Justices was compelled to explain that in the course of the Hearing they did not hear or view any evidence as to the issue of Life and Death. He went on to explain that issue would have to be determined by others, sighting Theologians and Philosophers and establishing that it was not their place to rule on matters not presented to them under Evidentiary Guidelines.

As a result, “ We The People “ have been subjugated to Forty plus years of opinions on the issue of when life begins. I for one disagree with the position the life begins at Conception. A number of situations may prevent it from continuing or from occurring beyond cellular division.

For one, once cellular division begins the clock is ticking. It is believed that a Fertilized Egg has between eighteen and twenty one day window to attach itself properly to the lining of a woman’s Uterus. If it attaches anywhere else within a woman’s Reproductive System the result will be a Miscarriage or require a medical procedure to remove. It is a very painful both physically and emotionally and is very destructive to her Reproductive System leaving most women infertile or limiting her to alternative measures such as adoption or In Vitro Fertilization. In the event of a Fertilized Egg not attaching itself to the lining of a woman’s uterus or anywhere in her Reproductive System it will simply stop all Cellular Division and be discharged from a…
